We’ve made some changes to help us run clinics more efficiently and continue supporting the community we are designed to help.

IMPORTANT BOOKING UPDATE

• From July, this system applies to new clients only.

• Full payment is required to secure your booking.

• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable

This is due to ongoing clinic costs even when animals do not attend.

WHO CAN ACCESS FREE / SUBSIDISED CARE

• Low-income rescuers are still eligible.

• Temple caregivers are still eligible.

• Community animal caretakers are still eligible.

• If you do not yet have a relationship with us, please message us to introduce yourself and we will assess eligibility.
